Todd Haynes was like the absolute perfect director to make this. I can’t get over the visual style and how perfectly it fits for a documentary about them. I would’ve loved some more talk on the later albums or Songs for Della. But I get why they didn’t focus on that. Still, I’m absolutely in love with this. And Moe Tucker is like the coolest person ever.

Pretty chill lowkey reminded me of those resident evil games idk tho. I’m thinking they should remake this movie and cast Timothy chalamet as Jacob. I also think all the demons should be played by either Jack black or the rock. Give characters as many one liners as possible. They could say something like “Jacob wth is this ladder doing here” just spit balling ideas here idk. Make sure the soundtrack includes songs that are good for 25 seconds so I can use them on Tik tok as aesthetic audios with images from movies/games I’ve never interacted with from Pinterest. So I can caption it “you wouldn’t understand because you’re not nerdy enough”. Overall I think this movie is solid idk tho. If they could make some ladder irl I would camp outside to be the first to try. 0/10 why would Jacob need a ladder his ass like 7 feet tall.

You lost the game.

GUESS WHO WENT TO A GREGG ARAKI Q&A WOOOOOOO. And this movie is just as devastating when surrounded by 100 people. (Also he mentioned This Is How The World Ends, and I almost jumped out of my seat. I mourn that show everyday.)
