Angel's Egg

Very intriguing.... from the atmospheric worldview, beautiful animation and chilling score to the interesting two main characters and the deep interactions between them- everything was so captivating! The imagery was so hauntingly stellar that even if I didn't understand what the film was going for, I still had a good time watching it nonetheless cause of how well crafted it was. Kinda wish that more anime or animated media in general would go back to retro styles like this on cause it's so damn pretty to look at.
