Frozen

I will always give kudos to movies that are able to be engaging despite having a really simple premise and man is Frozen a good example of this. The tension, suspense and brutality were on point even with it being set in a one location like it manages to be effective in a lot of parts as the film is willing to go to darker places which thank god because this could've easily been a PG13 flick, so I love the much more unforgiving bleak tone they went for here. Obviously the story itself and how they even got to this situation felt unserious & nonsensical plus a lot of dumb shit happens but atleast the execution was entertaining and thrilling as fuckkk, couldn't take my eyes off it
