Interview with the Vampire
I don’t even know where to start.
After watching this, I questioned everything—my humanity, my blood, even the way sunlight felt on my skin. Nothing felt the same. This movie didn’t just bite me, it possessed me.
It’s poetic. It’s desperate. It’s rage. It’s hopelessness. It’s edgy and sensual and suffocating. So dark… yet somehow so alive. It felt like a second skin—one that whispers the uncomfortable truth about humanity.
And even now, a whole decade after I first watched it, I still can’t decide: do I want to be Louis? Or Lestat? Or both? Or maybe… maybe my last thread of humanity is screaming neither.
(but I’m secretly spiritually married to Lestat)
