Things Heard & Seen
“Where is the justice for the women of that house?”Okay, half the movie was sooo boring, I swear I almost stopped watching. But as the lies of George we’re expose it was getting more and more interesting. I really like the ghost dynamics (the spirits of dead and living people being connected by fate and them speaking to each other), even if I wasn’t really expecting this kind of horror movie (even if it doesn’t really feel like one) I really enjoyed it. The visuals were also very strong, the characters aside from the main ones weren’t as good to be honest, but the part were Ellis saw George leaving with his father to represent him, proving her right with her opinion on men, was sooo good.I didn’t really get what happened with the gates of hell opening for George and honestly it was weird and not in the good way, 2 hour for it to end so… abruptly.Never thought I would see Amanda Seyfried in a movie like this, but honestly I wish there was more!!
Also not me deciding to eat without guilt and then Christine proceeding to purge while I’m stuffing my face 💀
Edit: I see now everyone hates this movie lol #truecinephile
