this absolute cinematic masterpiece deserved to be showed in theaters! victor really pissed me off once he started lying and he quickly became a very unlikable character. but when it came to the creature telling his story, i cried… and continued to cry. “i know what you are. you’re a good man and my friend,” and what if i kms right there??! the movie visits the topics of pure obsession, cruelty, longing, loneliness, hatred and tying it all together with forgiveness. i’m in awe. literally speechless.
