Sinners
Gritty, sultry, and bloody.
I couldn't ask for anything more from Sinners. It was a seamless blend of genres while still maintaining a very distinct, gorgeous and consistent style. There's a scene that I'm sure will stay with me for a very long time. Fuck, my eyes were getting watery just knowing how influential and powerful this film is and will be. One of the best of the 2020's so far.
Also, that score was absolutely insane.
