it was good. i am going to be honest i had no clue what this movie was about and just picked it but once i learned the history it was a lot better. i’m learning war movies are just not up there for me. i wanted them to be but i just don’t enjoy them as much as other genres. i did love the time difference between each storyline and the cinematography of this film is INSANE (which im learning is christopher nolan’s specialty) one thing i particularly love about CN is that he casts actors over and over again, even as background parts. it’s like he makes friends and then just puts them in all of his films lol, which is definitely the move. i also love how in both CN movies ive seen, he’s casted musical artists for actor positions. very cool dynamic and it’s fun for the audience to have a connection to someone in a different way prior to the film. harry styles killed it imo!

when matt damon cries, we all cry but seriously the last scene with ben… what does this mean for real life? I guess it could mean nothing.

this was really good! I love ben and jon so that’s what drew me here in the first place. i had a spoiler of them being brothers before i watched the movie, so it wasn’t as surprising for me. i loved how intense everything was and i loved seeing ben play such an interesting character! he’s super talented!

just pure beauty. this film changed so much for me. i obviously love movies but i found a whole new respect for the film industry. my biggest takeaway the second time was how hard it was to put this film together. i have so much appreciation for the cast, christopher nolan, and everyone who played a part. i can’t stop watching videos oh how everything was made, filmed and put together. truly a masterpiece. extra thoughts: tom changed my mind on his acting the second time around, i still can’t stop laughing ab travis scott, and then matt damon:)
