Backrooms

Absolutely PHENOMENONAL. I have SO many positive things to say about this movie. I love how the characters are written, SO MUCH. Clark feels like one of those characters who you shouldn't be rooting for, but you're still drawn to him. The sound design really helps build that extreme tension, not to mention the music sounding like footsteps nearing closer. I was constantly on the edge of my seat. The footage scenes were also AMAZING, it really helped build a lot to that feeling of that something bad will happen. I've loved the backrooms for YEARS now, seeing it become a movie is something that I never thought would happen, and it lived AMAZINGLY up to my expectations. I love how Kane builds off that the backrooms is not built up of several levels, but rather one giant otherworldly building. In total, I think it is an amazing movie. Sure, some parts are a bit weak, but overall, really well crafted and thought out movie.
