Whiplash

INTENSE. J.K. Simmons and Miles Teller give some of the best performances of the 21st century, where they just completely become enveloped in their roles. Ik it’s very easy and filmbro of me to see people yelling and call it good acting, but this is the exception. The yellow tint gives this movie its very own flare, very similar to the visual effect caused by the grain in the Social Network. The cinematography works so amazingly well with the drums.
