I log but don’t rate short films or miniseries btw. Goal for 2026 is to watch more foreign films as well as older films, and of course get to the theater even more often than last year. 5- A personal masterpiece 4.5- Truly impressive next level film, loved it 4- Great film, really enjoyed but not next level 3.5- Decent, pretty good watch 3- Mediocre. Overall pretty weak film, but has bright spots 2.5- Bad and was generally unenjoyable but not the worst 2.0- Very bad with a passionate dislike 1.5- Awful, little to no value in this 1.0- Horrible, total disaster of a film .5- I regret watching and want that time back **Favorite actor: **Jack Nicholson or Clint Eastwood **Favorite actress: **Emma stone or Liv Ullman **Favorite director: **Stanley Kubrick or David Lynch
