ik a lot of ppl were complaining that ani was not fleshed out but my takeaway from anora was we don’t really know her because none of the characters get to know her. she’s just an object to everyone around her. so when the finale hits, and she’s treated like a human, and then it just ends, really drives home the point that she’s a person looking for something absolutely unattainable.
