The Crow

So sad to watch this Brandon Lee performance knowing the tragedy that took place during filming. He was perfect in the role of The Crow, taken so young when he was clearly destined for great success. The Crow was visually great with its gloomy macabre atmosphere and had a fantastic soundtrack. The cast worked really well, Brandon Lee, goes without saying but I also enjoyed Michael Wincotts antagonist Top Dollar. He felt like a character that could actually be a threat for the violent and invincible killing machine Eric Draven. His raspy voice worked especially well in the scene where he summoned the members of his criminal empire to send them out to set fire to the city. His gothic style of clothing and way he presented himself almost made him feel like a vampire which I thought worked well against The Crows supernatural undead character. Overall I really enjoyed the film and was constantly gripped by it. I recommend it!
