Drive
He was the best guy around...What about the people he murdered?WHAT MURDA?
In all seriousness, I can check it off my watch list. Drive is a showcase of perfect of lighting. The film's lighting is a work of art in its own right, expertly crafted to heighten tension, portray emotion, and draw the audience deeper into the characters' mind. The use of shadows and silhouettes is remarkable, adding a layer of mystery and sophistication to the movie. The nameless Driver is often bathed in a soft, golden glow that beautifully contrasts with the darker elements of backdrop and the story itself.
Drive is a gem. It's a perfect movie that showcases the importance of color tones and lighting in storytelling. This film is a visual and emotional feast, and it sets a high standard for other movies of the same genre. I, for one, am blown away and will always hold it in high regard as a love letter to movies.
