Pride & Prejudice

ok, listen. this movie destroys me emotionally. elizabeth and darcy? iconic. the tension? unbearable. the romance? literal perfection. but also… it makes me angry and happy at the same time. like i want to throw my phone and hug it simultaneously. my heart can’t handle it. 5 stars because it’s poetic, gorgeous, and utterly consuming, even if it didn’t sneak into my top 4. it’s the kind of movie that leaves me a little unhinged, in the best way. 🩷
