"For me, the sun rises and sets with her, man."RIP Val💙. It's crazy that a film so focused on crime, is still one of the most romantic movies ever and a film that to it's core is about human connection and interpersonal intimacy (both romantic and platonic). And I think that's where the mastery of storytelling in this film is at, amazing characters, amazing character dynamics, incredible acting and incredible direction mixed with one of the greatest scripts in film, with a beautifully human ending, Mann cooked so hard with this one.
