Carrie

Far from my favourite De Palma. Some of the acting in this is very questionable, especially Carrie’s mother. However, that prom scene had so many flourishes of classic De Palma flare that we would see continued for the rest of his illustrious career. So lower tier De Palma for me. Still a good movie with one excellent sequence.
