Interstellar

This got so much better for me on rewatch. Another amazing movie by Nolan. A technical marvel and a visual spectacle. The performances are all incredible, especially Matthew McConaughey. After seeing True Detective and now rewatching interstellar, I truly think he is one of the best working actors today. I'm still yet to see Dallas Buyers Club. The film also tells an emotional Father, Daughter story that pulls at the heart strings. There's just so much tension, twists, and turns in this movie. The whole revelation of Michael Caine's character that they were abandoning the world and the addition of Matt Damon's character were superb. The wave scene and the docking scene got my heart racing. And obviously Hans Zimmer's score is an all timer.
