Yearning for a love, for a life that could’ve been—but the world did not allow—deep and genuine love’s battle against the cruel and unforgiving destiny. ** ** They loved each other, deeply, but is love enough to bypass the cruelty of the world? This film showed me some many things and underlying themes of lies and deception, and how a simply lie can change the course of one’s life. But one theme that stood out for me, is how no amount of love can save you in the unforgiving environment of the world. They loved each other, but the world did not allowed it, betrayal, separation, and war. They yearned deeply for the love and the life that they could’ve shared if only destiny could allow them, they continued to love and to yearn hoping to one day come back to each other, but the fate just didn’t allow. But what is important is that they loved each other, deeply and genuinely. Although the world could not allow their love, they loved, they yearned, and they hoped. In the cruelties of destiny they still choose to love one another even when they couldn’t be together. * * ** **
