Oldboy

Well this movie really left me feeling some sort of way. This is really the epitome of what a thriller movie should be, leaves you on the edge of your seat till it delivers a beautiful gut wrenching twist of events. I thought I was petty for unfollowing someone and not removing them from my followers, thankfully I feel better knowing there’s people like Lee Woo-jin out there. Aside from the obviously insane acting performances something that really stood out to me is the eyes. Dae-su Oh has a seemingly normal smile but something in his eyes looks so dead I will never be able to get that imagine out of my mind. The hammer fight scene was also very well done. I loved that they didn’t over do the wrestling aspect of it, and made it look more like boxing which was much more visually appealing. First time watching a movie and feeling like I’m about to vomit so that was an interesting experience.
