Sing Sing

This made me feel alive.  I haven’t felt moved by a piece of media in a minute and this was the only movie from my Oscars 25 list that has successfully made me tear up (not once but several times). An absolutely heartfelt and beautiful experience. the directing, the cinematography, the performances are all stunning. Not only is this a labor of love and a passion project but it’s a love letter to the arts. that much is obvious in every corner for this film. The credits made me tear up, every time i read that someone was actually played by themselves it made me even more emotional. Absolutely adored this. Art saves lives.
