one of the most original and unique movies ive ever seen. this is my first impression of wes anderson and i fully get the hype. it’s visually so interesting, unique, and beautiful. the movie experience was really fun. what was the point of agatha’s mexico birth mark tho?

i love how they made the sequel but i do wish they put more work into donna’s past. the first one showed the deep connections and love and heartbreak between donna and sam but i didn’t feel that here to the same level. overall, i enjoyed this but its hard to compete with the original.

this movie is scarier and more disturbing than any horror movie ive ever seen. sorry but there’s nothing scarier than a performative, narcissistic man with fragile masculinity and extremely misogynistic who also is a psychopath. i know this movie is meant to be a satire (which it does rlly well to criticize certain type of people) but im genuinely scared ill come across a man like this someday. i think the movie is well made and succeeds at what it intended to create. but its too much gore for me. cant deny that christian bale absolutely nailed the role tho.

idk if i love the insane cinematography and depiction of space or the friendship between grace and rocky the most. overall amazing movie. its beautiful, visually stunning and emotional. the science in this film is really interesting and the dynamic is very fun and even touching.
