Holy shit this is genuinely one of the best films I’ve ever watched. Very first thing I noticed throughout the movie was the music, it was perfect. The background music during almost any hard hitting scene truly enhanced every scene it touched.
The scene of Neil and Vincent getting coffee and meeting face to face only to realize they’re a similar image of each other and both dedicated to their crafts was something I’ll always wish I got to watch for the first time again already.
There is so many quotes I could pick out of this movie to comment on, or slight details that made me feel something but it just all came together so perfectly I’m kind of speechless.
And when it truly came down to it, when Neil felt the heat around the corner, he was willing to walk out on what he didn’t get attached to, in 30 seconds. Truly one of the best scenes I’ve ever watched.
In another world Neil and Eady made it out, never got caught, and lived happily.
