Such a fricking weird and disturbing film, but like also kind sweet?!?! Like what?! But I actually enjoyed this a lot. A very strange drama thriller. I story that I’ve kinda seen before but not in this way. conveys something that’s somewhat human. A really interesting look at this broken family trying to mend things. I thought how things progressed and evolved, how the dynamics change, was quite natural, it happened at a good pace. All while always having this unnerving feeling at the back of all of it. even tho a lot of this is pretty fucked, there is also of small sense of something bittersweet, which it kinda nuts how this film can convey such conflicting emotions pretty well. The acting across the board was really really strong. But most definitely the highlight was Stephen Graham, he was simultaneously gentle and unsettling. Cinematography was nice and so was the music, especially one original theme that I found quite Gouda cheese. there were points in this film that were quite stressful and thrilling, good stuff. I think I would of been better if some stuff was a little more fleshed out, mainly stuff with the ending, didn’t ruin anything but would have been better if it took its time a little more. enough yap. Good moobie 👍
