The Sweet Hereafter

Ian Holm delivers something heartbreaking in his acting. Sarah Polly has an incredibly elegant face. Who I thought was her 30 something year old boyfriend turned out to be her father. It was the biggest bombshell to me, more than the accident, which was a searing scene in its own way. It was captivating to see Ian Holm and Sarah Polly towards the end. Other actors pulled their weight like the bus driver lady and adultery dad. The music was so Canadian. God I loved the renaissance fair score. Beautiful scenery, it looked like interior BC.
