Nine Days
I watch movies mostly to escape, and yet sometimes life's problems, if shitty enough, are still present in the back of my mind, and that fucking sucks. I had just watched School of Rock before this and the entire time I was just unhappy because my brain was getting the best of me. Then I watched this, not for any particular reason, just mainly because it fit the right length.
I can't explain how much this movie helped my mental at that point. It didn't silence those thoughts but instead it cured them. It took a weight off my chest. I bawled the entire time, but mostly happy tears. This might've just been a right time right place kind of situation but I don't care, I fucking love this movie for it.
