Better Days
This is my first movie in a different language.
Better Days is a such beautiful love story of high school girl and boy
Chen Nian, a high school girl who is bullied by her classmates and given mental stress during daily school time.
One day, she meets Xiao Bei when boys group are torturing him. Boys group say She to kiss a boy and he lets her go.
After some days, Xiao Bei starts to protect Chen Nian from her classmates who are bullying her, and day by day he falls in love with her.
At the end, both are emotional—or you could say she tells him, Don't forget me and he goes to prison for her happy future.
After she goes for higher studies, at the end of the movie she asks a question to the students: Does anyone know the difference between 'was' and 'used to be'?In fact, both of them mean that it has passed, but "used to be" carries a sense of loss. This sentence hit me different 🍂.
