Treasure Planet

Treasure Planet is in my top 3 animated movies of all time. The animation is genuinely stunning, some of the best I’ve experienced. What really keeps it with me, though, is how it hits emotionally. As I’ve gotten older, the story has only grown stronger; the themes land deeper, especially the idea that you can’t control how others act, only how you see yourself. It’s a unique film with a lot of heart, and I’m still grateful for the way it makes me feel every time I watch it.
