Very fun movie to watch and kept my interest all throughout. My only issue with this movie and it is minor is that it felt like something that came from the 90s, which made it feel a little unrealistic at times. However, the music did also make the movie a very enjoyable watch.

Out of all the movies I’ve watched so far this was a difficult watch partially due to the plot itself and the dramatic content of it. I will say at times the plot the slow and not much of the story developed, but in many ways I can see how this was an accurate portrayal of war with Belarus and the tragedy that occurred then. The ending concluded the horror in such a dramatic way with the real life film. The movie was unlike anything I’ve seen.

Did not like the movie much at all. Was genuinely bored for most of it. I appreciated and thought the scenes without the tethered had effective story building, but the scenes with them disinterested me. I believe the cinematography was great and there were some other appealing parts. If you like this kind of horror film I can see the appeal, but it just wasn’t for me.

I had higher hopes for this movie despite the lower score on Letterboxd. I continue to realize I am not a huge fan of comedy movies because I believe what makes for good humor is something unexpected and if there is a joke around every corner, I just don’t think it’s very entertaining. I considered rating this movie a higher rating because the interrogation scene with Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro was definitely entertaining, but the rest really held it down.
