IMAX take my soul holy hell, that screen was big. I could see every pore on Timothée. Rewatching this in an actual cinema made it so much better. this not winning Best Picture and Timmy not winning Best Actor was a daylight robbery. Sinners was NOT that good. The Oscars are an absolute joke. Also, the screens were down and the movie was delayed for 10 minutes, and they didn’t tell us when it was starting, so we were like 3 minutes late and missed probably one of the best openings to a film this year the whole sperm cell to egg to Marty Supreme table tennis ball. I also cried at the end for some reason. Officially the 4th movie to make me cry (I don't know why my eyes got watery they just did)

This was really good. It’s just really funny to me that a guy who built a hotel in Israel stars in a movie about a revolution. It’s kind of like when Tom Cruise acted in Eyes Wide Shut. Anyway, I watched this two days ago and I’m just writing this now. I remember it being good, but I was expecting Marty Supreme to sweep at the Oscars, and I just saw the winners and I’m kind of disappointed. I mean, okay, PTA deserved his awards, but Sean Penn? WHAT? I mean, he was good in this film, but yeah I’m tired. I want to take a nap. I’m not going to talk about this film anymore. I’m very sad at the moment.

Again, I watched this a few days ago. Now seeing it only win Best International Feature. I’M SO PISSED. Renate Reinsve should’ve won Leading Actress. Although this won’t change my opinion on Hamnet I’m not that kind of person it’s still an okayish good movie. But this film is probably in my top 3 movies of the year. This was so good. The ending nearly made me cry. If I could’ve watched this in theaters, I probably would’ve bawled my eyes out. Thinking about it again now, this is so sad. This movie is what Train Dreams and Hamnet wanted to be. They got slightly close, but this goes beyond both of those films. This should’ve gotten three Oscars, and Stellan Skarsgård should’ve gotten one over Sean Penn. I’m so sad right now. I should’ve prewritten one like my Sinners review.

This is just stoooopppppidddd. I feel like you could watch this anytime though. Movies like this are so beautiful in a way because I could get diagnosed with cancer and I’d go, “Yeah let me rewatch this” Or maybe that’s just me Anyway, this was actually kinda funny seeing the low rating, I was expecting a pile of poop, but I was pretty surprised
