Sing Sing
Some of the realest shit I’ve ever seen on film. Colman Domingo delivers such a grounded performance. Really powerful shit, especially towards the end. The Shakespeare readings in this thing are really great as well. Divine Eye is a fucking master. The mini arcs between G and the other prisoners are developed really well. Gorgeously paced, never a dull moment. Hopes were high for this one, and it’s safe to say that Sing Sing deserves the hype!
