this is why you shouldn't give an ugly man a chance lowkey honestly pretty solid, didn't take the route of a documentary at all. really strong performances and well-directed, i love love love when the orange x blue thing is done correctly. it starts by making her look like a calculated cold-blooded bitch but by the end you really start to feel bad for her. she just lived a sad life. her crashing out at the pedo was cathartic every single time. either she killed or she was gonna become a statistic with the way he was abusive.

very straightforward film, i respect the hell out of it had a very strong john grisham vibe for it from the start hehe matt damon is so hot

absolutely insane storytelling, the way my head hurt afterwards felt like i was the one who got back from war. im lost for words. insane cinematography and direction, 10/10, no notes, would def watch in theatres again

film club screening i js hated this movie bro its so ass, so boring, why is it COMPLETELY emotionally detached???? no emotions when a 16 year old says she’s pregnant, nothing when a couple is breaking up, just everyone reading off a boring script. i hate the millennial humour and the absolutely RIDICULOUS background music. whyyyyyy do millennials love this stupid spoken poetry ass lyrics with a tune that makes no sense??? and the pedo angle was so disgusting omfg?????? not to mention the twink ass bf like ew his shorts are legit shorter than mine. just ragebaited me to the end. not a single redeeming quality apart from the fact that it’s really short. 🙏🏽
