I see how this movie can be so horribly misinterpreted in a Scott Pilgrim-esque way. It was so agonising to watch and I’m so full of second hand cringe and feel so sorry for this sad guy and knowing there’s so many people like this in real life that just don’t have the support networks/help/emotional maturity to process things (This is a compliment to the film).
