I put the film on without expecting much,I had lowered my expectations, but it completely exceeded them. The animation is beautiful and captivating; chaotic yet smoothing to the eye, incredibly detailed and enjoyable. Every frame feels like a piece of art. You can put it in your room **The airplane paradise scene** was especially stunning, expressive, and strangely mesmerizing. Miyazaki’s political and social concerns are very clear, thoughtfully detailed, and conveyed in the simplest way. I did lower my rating slightly because the ending felt rushed to me. The film is highly creative and imaginative, yet it leaves you with an open ending, allowing your imagination to wander. I think I should watch The Wind Rises, as I see many reviews referencing it.

**1964 , never forget** It’s good to watch films that remind us,”so we don’t forget”a painful past. Even if I have no direct connection to it, it’s still important to educate yourself about these things. Yes ,The film does have some flaws, especially in the way it portrays white people as the “good ones” (Gene Hackman , Willem Dafoe )who saved Black people from racism, as if nothing would have changed without them. But let’s be honest,if two white people hadn’t been killed at the beginning of the film, no one would have heard about sadly (the black people)

Daniel Day-Lewis has become one of my favorite actors after watching this film. His performance is incredible and outstanding،I honestly can’t imagine him as a normal person. I also loved the story behind his performance off-camera; I mean, he stayed in character as a paralyzed man the whole time so he wouldn’t break it. One of the saddest and emotional story. I really loved the film, especially its beginning, the mother’s act. For me, the mother is the true hero of the film. Oh, I also loved his paintings a lot. I think I’d like to get one.

The ending had me like 😦 , like many scenes honestly, i loved the atmosphere of the movie and what vibes it brought, it more like a psychological horror movie than a thriller one which i enjoyed more , how a water or a small flame can make u scared, this is so brilliant, the ending of all this and the meaning it had me shocked more like scared hhh even though i still didn’t fully understand the ending, many scenes scared many like the monkey , or the photo of the 1898 doctor
