Colony

I mean Train to Busan clears but I still had fun. The zombies were really interesting up until they’re being controlled by Mr. Aura Farmer over here for the entire second half of the film. A hive-mind that adapts and evolves in real time instantly becomes less interesting when they bend to the will of a sexy Korean man with bangs. The characters could use some work, especially when you compare them to the unforgettable characters in Yeon Sang-ho’s previous Train to Busan, but I still love watching them try to manoeuvre these high-stakes situations. All that said, it’s still good, zombie films are always fun to watch unfold. Me: I have to study today. Mum: Me too. … Mum: So anyways, want to see Colony (2026) directed by Yeon Sang-ho in cinemas?
