The moment where Plutarch yells at Katniss through a one way window just felt like Philip Seymour having fun. I didn’t remember that happening for whatever reason but this time it really stuck out. I don’t know, I’m kind of sensitive to what this cast went through during production right now and now I’m rambling.  It’s an okay adaptation I guess.
