This shit is so messed up. What zero communication skills, awkwardness and fear of rejection does to a person. Man was so afraid of being friend-zoned he really messed up everyone's life. Fabulous screenplay and one hell of a performance from the cast. I really want to know what Nikki's reply would've been if Bear confessed his feelings to her.
