*“is life always this hard, or just when you’re a kid?”* this is such a controversial film to talk about and out of all people to recommend me it, it came from my history teacher😭 Natalie Portman out-acted the entire cast at 13 years old. The main character and the antagonist both played the roles extremely well, but her acting easily tops them. Overall, I wouldn’t think this is a bad movie. I honestly enjoyed it other than the weirded out feeling from Natalie Portman having a crush on someone four times her age. It was a bit odd and I wasn’t really messing with that part.
