Spirited Away

The visuals and animation in this film are absolutely stunning and extraordinary they also go above and beyond with the world building and character design. Because of this the world feels very alive and it really apes you to immerse yourself in it. Miyazaki really trusts his audience on this one Because most movies will explain the rules of their world but Miyazaki just throws us into chaos. I really like how each character has depth and you can feel their emotions without long speeches. I will say some parts still feel really confusing and her character arc of growing up didn’t really stick with me
