Control
one of the best biopics out there. not like typical rock or band biopics. well not 100% based of fact, but we can see that Anton Corbijn is a good director as this was his first featured film. the cinematography is quite extraordinary as they filmed the movie in black and white, as well as Anton is in fact a photographer improved the quality of the end product. i did not expect anyone can do the role of ian curtis, but sam proves me wrong. he shows the inner joy as he performing at gigs, something that he could never show anywhere else. ian's marriage went horribly wrong since he had an affair (supposedly) with annik honore. ian suffered from epilepsy, which he can't handle himself. sometimes his epilepsy trigged while performing at the stage. he blanks out, regains consciousness and confused. his body did not do what he wanted, he lost control.
