Lady Bird

soooooo good🥲 i haven’t watched this in a few years and it hits even harder now after that time, especially the hating ur hometown part since i hated SCV the first time i watched it and wanted to get out, and now once im gone i can see some of the beauty of it like in the movie. the mother/daughter relationship is just sooooo…. and i like how the movie makes you not fully be able to hate the mother, bc she’s just a girl too at the end of the day🥲 ladybird is also just a bit of a mess but she’s so relatable and everything about this movie just feels so real
