why were the beavers so cute

First half was sick! Second half I’m like ya yaaaa we GET IT.

The way I had a smile on my face almost the entire time. I had such a fun time at this movie. It tackled being modern yet nostalgic so tastefully. It maintains what is so clear from the first movie, which is that as humans, we are imperfect and that having it all is impossible. And that women who “love to work” can’t relax until, well, “coffin.” All the characters felt so natural and lived in. Also everybody looked SO fucking good!!!

having a hard time finding words for this…all I can come up with is that it felt so authentic and raw, and yet also transcendent, like a dream.
