Insane performances all around. Caton and Lindo’s in particular just jumped into some of my all time favorites. The names don’t necessarily match it, but watching this felt like watching the 17/18 warriors. Camera is just flipping from person to person absolutely frying their role. MBJ has an ability to make you feel (pause) his performances like few others. Everybody is obviously talking about steinfeld, and for good reason, but jfc Mosaku cooked. Ludwig might also genuinely be the goat. Him and Coogler had zero reason putting together what I think will be looked at as one of the best scenes ever. Best movie I’ve seen (at its release date) in a long long time.
