This has to be one of the most insane movies I have seen in a while. Every shot belongs framed in a museum But I kept wondering > Who thought of this? > Who had this insane idea for these visuals and then filmed it? > What was the budget? Especially when they randomly popped up at the Taj Mahal > Who did the costume design? > Who *the fuck* thought of this? And then they made Lee pace cry and that was just pure cinema and then I googled it afterwards and found out it only had a budget of thirty million and was filmed across 28 different countries and was completely self financed and made basically none of the money back? And that makes me love it more, because the whole time it was so stunning but such a fever dream but so sad and then it has an open ending and what it all means is something I will figure out one day (I love Alexandria) But basically some guy, the writer and director of this film, so not just some guy, had this crazy, wacky idea and convinced a bunch of brilliant people to do this somehow and we got a masterpiece. Idk, it’s just that something this great can be created through sheer passion and people believing in it

I have to study maths and this does to me what coffee wishes it did (I’m not even passed the intro)

I think this film might be my brothers gay awakening and I’m so happy I was there for it

What a perfect ending
