*episode one: by far the best pacing of a pilot episode marvel has done so far within the series’! consistently engaging and providing the angst and the self reflection we have been dying *for with the god of mischief! i am so so so fucking excited for the next couple of episodes to come because this episode? a really amazing start. *episode two: *loki getting excited about being in a timeline he isn’t suppose to be in is actually really adorable. FINALLY, we got to see enchantress however, i didn’t enjoy this ep as much as the first one! this ep felt a little more like a filler episode so hopefully ep 3 will come through with some of the same angst and intensity as the first ep had! except now with enchantress and loki paired together! (mobius please be my dad i love you) *episode three: *everyone celebrate loki’s bisexuality on the big screen. fucking! finally! aside from the euphoria i felt feeling so validated by sharing this identity with one of my absolute favourite villains of all time- the visuals of this episode and the parallels were unmatched to the other episodes! the similarities and references to the upbringing of asgardian princes’ we see in loki with his parallels with thor in the first thor movie, it truly felt beautiful to see loki sharing his home planets traditions. not the mention just how gorgeous the lighting was throughout the whole of the episode, a stunning cast of purple with hints of the bisexual lighting when the conversation arose! ALSO ALSO UM SO MOBIUS IS A FUCKING VARIANT, DOES THIS MEAN I’M GOING TO GET SOME TEENY WEENY ANGST OF MAYBE LOKI HAVING TO TELL MOBIUS HE’S A VARANT AND MOBIUS STRUGGLING WITH THIS UPSET WITH NOT KNOWING HIS IDENTITY AAAAAAAA *episode four: *as much as i loved the fight scenes and the stunning cinematography/lighting of this episode, the implication of a ‘sylki’ relationship was too much for me to handle and was truly dragging it down for me. HOWEVER, mobius getting pruned literally made me gasp like WHAT THE FUCK!!!! loki looked so devastated by it I AAAAAAAAAAA CANT DO THIS. to conclude, not one of the best episodes episode five: BEST. EPISODE. BY. A. FUCKING. MILE. THIS WAS INCREDIBLE!!!! THE PACING, THE LOKI VARIANTS, SEEING MOBIUS AGAIN, SYLVIE AND LOKI BEING PLATONIC, EVERYTHING JUST EVERYTHING WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!!! may i say i’m utterly obsessed with kid loki, croki and classic loki. THEY ARE SO POWERFUL. CLASSIC LOKI BUILDING AN ASGARD ILLUSION IN SECONDS ITS JUST OH MY GOD???? he finally got his glorious purpose and i love him so so much. i really hope we get to the kid loki again once the young avengers starts to get rolling. MOBIUS AND LOKI HUGGING, CRIES, SOBS, RUNS INTO A WALL<33 also, sylvie and b-15 being the best bad bitches ever, free my girl b-15 so she can help burn down the TVA whilst sylvie destroys the timekeepers!!!!! this was just wow. obsessed. best episode. episode six better have the same amazement as this ep did or even MORE. episode six: don’t even talk to me. don’t wanna talk about it. fucking self-cest ass bitches. kate herron fuck you. whoever wrote the show, fuck you. whoever thought having loki, the god of mischief, being a love sick puppy was a good idea, fuck you. all the character development he made in ragnarok, poof! gone! completely watered down both loki and sylvie. told us we were going to get bisexual and gender fluid loki content, got NONE. him saying ‘a bit of both’ isn’t the representation you think it is kate herron. apparently from all that shit show, the visuals were incredible as always, kang was very interesting and i look forward to this leading into the multiverse of madness and S2 of loki (if we get s2 i want someone else as the director, still a woman, but someone fucking else.)
