episode one:  i really love this first episode, really enjoyed that it didn’t feel too overly mcu and didn’t use mcu references. oscar isaac is just a marvellous actor and i fucking adore watching him in his roles. he’s playing steven so well and i cant wait to see more of this character’s other personalities in the upcoming episodes. extremely intrigued by the character marc that we only got small glimpses of!! a great start. plus i love ethan hawke episode two: so fun getting to see marc and steven interacting more- this episode, again was very good- this series is climbing to be better and better which is amazing. IMMA SAY IT AGAIN, ETHAN!!! HAWKE!!!! he’s fantastic- i loved his character explaining more about the god’s. the mr.knight suit was very fucking cool, i do find it extremely funny though bcs the mr.knight promo posters made him look so suave and mysterious but it’s just steven spitting cheesy rhymes and trying to fight. LAYLA IS SO STUNNING, FUCK MARC COME AND MARRY ME BABY<333 I KNOW MARC IS SEXY IN THE SUIT BUT… I’LL TRY. the scene where steven is the one in the mirror talking to marc also was so intense but also kinda sad… god this series so good  episode three: MOONKNIGHT MOONKNIGHT MOONKNIGHT MOONKNIGHT MOONKNIGHT YEAAHHHHHH— fuck that was a STUNNING episode… the purple lighting… the sky manipulation at the end of the ep… layla and marc talking on that boat… INSIDE THE PYRAMID WITH ALL THE OTHER AVATARS??? this show seriously keeps getting better and better with each episode. this was the best one so far and i was genuinely sad when it came to an end, im anxiously waiting for the next episode!!! i loved how in this one marc and steven are appearing to be getting better at working together and passing off the body to eachother in a more efficient manner but.. who was the other person that came through unexpectedly.. wink wink… — i also wanna comment on the fact that layla is so sweet to steven, when he’s putting the map together she is just so gentle with him. honestly there is SO MUCH i could comment on with this episode but fuck im just gobsmacked episode four:  i am obsessed with the horror/thriller aspect that marvel tried with this episode. i was seriously on the edge of my seat with nerves, i’d love to see them dabble in that genre again and I believe they’ve said they will with MoM which will be very very interesting. i’m beyond happy to see so much more of layla this episode, her actress is fucking incredible and i’m desperate to look into other things she has been in and hopefully she gets cast into even more things bcs wow she puts her whole heart and soul into her character. probably one of my favourite women characters in the MCU right now, one that is actually written in such a badass but likeable way. i’m IN LOVE with her. not to mention more steven and marc arguing and disagreements but.. low-key i think marc fears not having steven around, from the last 10 mins of the ep marc looked genuinely disturbed and upset when steven wasn’t responding and was IN RELIEF to see him return. it felt like such a brotherly exchange. so cute. plus i think jake is going to be making an appearance soon, FINGERS CROSSED!!! lastly, i think those last 10 mins really spun me in a loop for ‘WHAT IS REAL??’ ‘WHAT’S THE TRUTH???’ I DONT KNOW AHHHHHHH episode five: BEST. EPISODE. YET. what a ride of emotions and FUCK i love when they do emotional memory flashbacks. getting to see marc’s past and why he came to creating steven was so interesting BUT SO DEVASTATING!!!!! i really did not expect to sit and watch an ep of moonknight and feel like i was relating to the character in the sense of his troubled home life, i saw a glimpse into how my mother and i could be sometimes when i was younger which despite being a little triggering it was just weirdly comforting to see a hero/anti hero that you really love experience something you can relate to. not to mention the way steven and marc care for one another and try to work through it as much as possible. STEVEN MY BABY, MY PRECIOUS BOY!!!  episode six:  what a crazy ride this has all been. i’m fucking obsessed with this series and it has become one of my favourite shows of the entire marvel universe. it’s just so fun and engaging and cool and AAAA SO MUCH MORE I LOVE IT. LAYLA IN HER AVATAR OUTFIT I WAS FUCKING BOUNCING OFF THE WALLS SHE LOOKS FUCKING INCREDIBLE AND SHE IS SO COOL I ADORE HER CHARACTER SO MUCH I WANNA SEE MORE OF HER I CANT GO WITHOUT HER. marc’s little speech to steven also, SOBS. marc truly does treat steven like the little brother he lost and that is so bittersweet :((( oscar isaac you put your whole into this i’m so obsessed. obviously this ep was a little rushed but, honestly i’ve come to terms with it since all of the marvel finale episodes have been rushed. they just leave too much information and then try and cram it at the end. in moonknight’s defence it did feel slightly less rushed than the usual finale episodes but, you get it. plus this episode was shorter than the rest of the series episodes so it’s gonna feel a little cramped. THE CREDIT SCENE…. HIM… THE MAN… THE GUY… WINK WINK… AND KONSHU IN HIS SUIT!!! honestly seeing the god’s battle each other was fucking cool. god. I LOVE THIS SERIES!!!!! I LOVE MARC AND STEVEN SO MUCH!!! I LOVE LAYLA!!!!
