Oh the things you’ll do for love… He could have had an alt baddie but instead he chose the mousy white girl. Maybe I could learn something. It’s funny how when you get what you want, it’s not all it’s cracked up to be. Maybe sometimes you gotta get rejected. The lighting of this movie is absolutely stunning. Horrifying use of light, or lack thereof. Jump scares are incredibly paced. Sound was chilling.  She is the victim of his obsession. Tons of depth here beyond the incel protagonists. It shows a chillingly realistic look at the modern loneliness epidemic and codependency. A $1m micro budget horror just blew A24 and its horror slop into pieces.  Would love to see a one-wish-willow movie series. Inde Navarrette deserves the attention she gets from this amazing performance. Excited to see her in more films!
