Real Genius

Honestly, this movie has no business being this good. Val Kilmer is genuinely amazing in this role, bodying Chris Knight as a character. I’ve never understood the concept of a movie “holding up” until now. This movie HOLDS THE FUCK UP. The montages are so quintessentially 80s and the dialogue/one liners are ahead of their time. Also, there’s bits that Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind 100p ripped from this. Anyways, Mitch is into them neurodivergent girls? #metoo. Rip Val, you absolute legend. Batman Forever. 91
