Alien: Romulus

my biggest regret of 2024 is missing out on Alien: Romulus in IMAX. Regardless, this film was perfect in my eyes. With Cailee Spaeny leading the cast, everyone put on their best performance. The authenticity felt pure, which made every detail feel more intense. Andy being a synthetic was a great twist to this horror film, as it forced decisions to be made that a regular human wouldn't be capable of. Cailee Spaeny was not only stunning throughout this film, but also a class act, as she portrayed many emotions through different situations. Fede Alvarez made great decisions in terms of visuals, music, and even storytelling. The runtime of 2 hours was perfect and it even felt perfectly paced. What a great film this was. definitely recommend. i am sad i missed out on IMAX :(
