Cosette really got the rags to riches dream

I actually don’t think it’s a joking matter at all, it’s far more offensive than progressive, and not even in a way that’s funny enough to excuse, just not an enjoyable watch as a female at all. The only part I liked was that the suit of armour had a literal breast plate. My stepdad said he thought it was funny, my mum said “of course you do, you’re a bloke” and that perfectly encapsulates it. My mum also said it’s just a shit version of what women want, by Mel Gibson, so maybe I’ll have to watch that too.

I need to try a sarsaparilla with all my heart. My first heartbreak was growing up to realise how offensive this film really is, because growing up as a tomboy, calamity was everything I needed to see. How they treated the native Americans and the blatant sexism however, was certainly not.

I like that it’s just a given that they all have fun codenames, like yeah Logan is cool but Wolverine is better, Scott is fun but Cyclops is better, and then the thought of them having to reintroduce themselves to people they already know with their cute little mutant nicknames bless them.
